Any reproduction, representation, distribution, modification or use, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, without prior written permission, is strictly prohibited.

This site may contain links to external sites (social media, partners). Klemstudio cannot be held responsible for the content of those sites or for any use that may be made of them.

Privacy

This site does not collect personal information without its visitors' knowledge. It uses no audience analytics tools and no advertising tracking. The cart is stored only in your browser.

The “Where to buy” page embeds a Google My Maps map of partner shops. This map is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies when it is displayed; its use is governed by Google's privacy policy.

Third-party services used by the site:

• Stripe: order payment;
• Cloudflare (Worker): cart, stock and the contact form verification code;
• Web3Forms: delivery of contact form messages;
• Google Maps (Google My Maps): map of partner shops on the “Where to buy” page;
• Instagram and Displate: plain links to these external sites.

When an order is placed, the name, email and shipping address are collected by Stripe, the payment provider, to process the payment and ship the order. Card details are never passed on to me.

When you write to me through the contact form, I collect your first name, last name, phone number, email, city, your company if you provide it, and your message. This information is used only to answer your request. The verification code and the message pass through Cloudflare and Web3Forms, which act as technical processors. Your information is never sold, rented or used for any other purpose.

Under Québec's Law 25 on the protection of personal information, you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your information by writing to contact@klemstudio.com. The person in charge of the protection of personal information is Clément Evrard.

Terms of sale

Seller. Klemstudio, Clément Evrard, Montréal (Québec). Contact: contact@klemstudio.com.

Products. Postcards and posters printed from original vector drawings. Colours may vary slightly depending on the screen used.

Prices and taxes. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Klemstudio is not registered for GST and QST: no tax is added. The total price, shipping included, is shown before payment.

Payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The order is confirmed once payment is accepted; a receipt is sent by email.

Shipping. Shipping within Canada only, by Canada Post, from Montréal. $5 per order, free from $40. Orders ship from Montréal within 3 business days, then delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days within Canada. Please double-check your address at checkout: a parcel returned because of an incorrect address will be reshipped at your expense. If your order is not delivered within 30 days of the expected delivery date, you can cancel it and get a refund.

Final sale. As these are printed items, no returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted for a change of mind or a wrong choice (city, season, size).

Damaged, defective or lost parcel, or a mistake on my part. Email me at contact@klemstudio.com with your order number and a photo, ideally within 14 days of receipt. I will send you a free replacement or refund you, shipping included. A parcel lost by Canada Post is replaced.

These terms in no way limit the warranties provided by Québec's Consumer Protection Act.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by the law applicable in Québec (Canada). In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of Montréal (Québec).
