What the drawing shows
The poster is dominated by the Château Frontenac and its green copper roofs, the flag of Québec flying, perched on Cap Diamant. Below, the colourful houses of the Petit-Champlain district line up, with a crêperie and an art gallery on the ground floor.
On the river, the ferry heads to Lévis and the Québec Bridge closes the horizon. The light changes from season to season, but the Château's outline stays.

Hand-drawn in Montréal
Behind Klemstudio is Clément, an illustrator based in Montréal. Each city is drawn one by one in flat design: simple shapes and flat colours, so you recognise Québec at first glance.
The drawing is vector-based: it stays perfectly sharp, from the small postcard to the poster. Québec belongs to the « One city, four seasons » collection, with Montréal, Québec City, Trois-Rivières, Sherbrooke and the Plateau.
