Winter posters and postcards: Montréal, Québec City and more

My winter happens at night. On all five drawings, the sky turns navy, a full moon rises and a string of stars hangs across the top. Snow settles on the roofs, the trees and the sidewalks, and the windows stay lit.

It's the season I draw most quietly: few people outside, street lamps, a snowman here and there. Looking for a Montréal winter poster or a Québec City postcard under the snow? They're all here, city by city.

Montréal in winter

Mount Royal is all white and its cross stands out against a big moon. Below, the colourful façades keep their snowy outdoor staircases. The dépanneur and the bagel shop are lit up, and a snowman waits on the sidewalk.

Québec City in winter

Green northern lights cross the sky above the Château Frontenac. Cap Diamant is covered in snow, ice floats on the river and the Québec Bridge closes the horizon. At the foot of the cliff, the Petit-Champlain houses have snow on their roofs, and a little snowman stands by a door.

Trois-Rivières in winter

The moon lights up the arch of the Laviolette bridge and the cargo ship on the grey river. The trees in front of the Ursulines convent are covered in snow. Further down, the « Poésie » bookshop and the brasserie keep their windows lit.

Sherbrooke in winter

Saint-Michel Cathedral sits on top of an all-white hillside, under the full moon. No sailboats on Lac des Nations now: the water is dark and still. Below, the jeweller, the coffee roaster, the grocer and the gallery glow in the night.

The Plateau in winter

Carré Saint-Louis under the snow: the fountain is white, and so are the trees. Someone sits on a bench despite the cold while another person crosses the park. Behind them, the windows of the Victorian houses and the Marronnier and café storefronts light up the night.

Your order ships within 3 business days, then delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days in Canada. Leave a little extra time in December. Shipping is $5, and free from $40.

No. The pack brings together all 4 seasons of one city: spring, summer, autumn and winter. If you want winter on its own, go for the poster.
