Spring posters and postcards: Montréal, Québec City and more
In spring, I draw the city at the moment everything starts again. The sky turns pale blue, pink blossom branches frame the city's name and petals drift down across the picture.
Blossoming trees appear at the foot of the landmarks, the grass turns green again and people head back outside. It's the softest season in the collection. Here are the five spring drawings, city by city.

Montréal in spring
Mount Royal turns green again under a big pale sun, with its cross, the dome of Saint Joseph's Oratory and the Olympic Stadium tower. Pink petals float above the colourful façades, the dépanneur and the bagel shop.
Québec City in spring
Pink blossoming trees grow on Cap Diamant, just below the Château Frontenac. The river is blue again, a boat passes under the Québec Bridge, and the Petit-Champlain houses get their colours back.
Trois-Rivières in spring
A big cluster of pink trees blooms in front of the Ursulines convent. The sun climbs behind the Laviolette bridge as a cargo ship passes on the river. On the street, the « Poésie » bookshop and the brasserie are quiet.
Sherbrooke in spring
Pink blossoming trees line Lac des Nations, below Saint-Michel Cathedral. Below, the brick fronts of the jeweller, the coffee roaster, the grocer and the gallery.
The Plateau in spring
Two pink blossoming trees frame Carré Saint-Louis. The grass is green, the fountain is running, someone strolls near the benches and another person sits in the sun. Behind them, the outdoor staircases, the Marronnier and the café.

Which formats are available for spring?
Two options. The 8.5 × 11 in poster at $20, for one city in spring. Or the postcards in a 4-season pack: 4 cards at 4 × 6 in for $15 (instead of $16) or 4 cards at 5 × 7 in for $22 (instead of $24).
When will I get my order?
I ship within 3 business days from Montréal. After that, delivery usually takes 2 to 7 business days in Canada. Shipping is $5, free from $40.
Can I buy just the spring postcards?
